ROOM IS FULLY FURNISHED WITH ALL YOU NEED FOR FACIALS. Multifunction machine (includes microdermabrasion, etc.), hydroblast hydrafacial machine, LED photofacial light therapy machine, microcurrent body toning and slimming machine. You provide your own supplies and linens and launder them yourself. $800.00 PER MONTH.

IF YOU DON'T NEED EQUIPMENT, RENT IS ONLY $700.00 PER MONTH.

I will also allow a roomshare if you have someone you want to share the room with so you’re both part-time – I just require a lease from one person, and you work out the rest! But it makes the rent ridiculously low!

Beautiful spa collective in the heart of Midtown! We’ve been here since 2011!

We are a four room spa collective, currently offering massage and skincare services. This room is great for massage, facials, lashes, holistic healers, and any type of practitioner, really. Former clients have had a natural nails business, massage, lashes and a successful body sculpting business.

Includes use of kitchen with mini-fridge, bathroom, utilities, wifi, water service and housekeeping in the common areas. There is an optional $25.00 monthly fee if you want your own room cleaned.

We are a very quiet group with no BS or gossip.

We do not accept walk-ins – my current tenants are all by appointment only. And it’s very quiet. So nice!

We have a keyless door entry (coded) as well as a deadbolt. For late workers, this enables you to lock yourself in the collective while providing a treatment, and allows your next client to come in when given the door code.

6 Month and One Year (or longer) leases are available. Due to the financial crisis, I am not requesting a deposit or last month’s rent. But I do screen to ensure you will be a good fit for our spa collective home.
